Fresh Exterior Styling:
The 2023 Hyundai i20 boasts a refreshed front fascia, featuring a new grille design and modified headlamps, accompanied by new inverted L-shaped LED Daytime Running Lights (DRLs). Both front and rear bumpers have been reworked, and the car sits elegantly on new 16-inch alloy wheels. Notably, the Hyundai logo now graces the bonnet, a departure from the grille placement, akin to the Hyundai Verna. Buyers can choose from various colour options, including the striking new Amazon Grey shade.
Premium Interior Upgrades:
Inside, the cabin layout remains familiar but now showcases a stylish grey and black theme. The 2023 Hyundai i20 is equipped with a high-quality Bose seven-speaker audio system, ambient lighting, sunroof, leatherette seats, door armrests, and a flat-bottom steering wheel. The signature ambient sounds of nature add to the premium ambiance.
Comprehensive Safety Features:
The 2023 Hyundai i20 prioritises safety with a comprehensive package that includes six airbags, ABS with EBD, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill Assist Control (HAC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), and rear parking sensors as standard. Additionally, it features a rear parking camera, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), headlamp escort function, automatic headlamps, and more. Hyundai offers 26 safety features as standard, including seatbelt reminders for all seats.
Powerful yet Efficient Engine:
Under the hood, the Hyundai i20 is powered by a reliable 1.2-litre four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine, available with a 5-speed manual or an Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT). This engine produces 83bhp and 114.7Nm of torque and incorporates an integrated starter generator. Notably, this is the sole engine choice, with no turbo-petrol variant available in this updated i20.
