The Suzuki Hayabusa 25th Anniversary Celebration Edition is now available at Suzuki dealerships across India, with prices starting from Rs. 17,70,000/- (ex-showroom Delhi).

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Kenichi Umeda, Managing Director, Suzuki Motorcycle India said, “The Suzuki Hayabusa has been an icon of speed, style, and innovation for more than 25 years. With the launch of the 25th Anniversary Celebration Edition, we commemorate this remarkable journey and reaffirm our commitment to delivering motorcycles that engage with riders around the world. We extend our deepest thanks to our customers for their continued love and support that has led the success of this motorcycle over the years.”

Commemorating a Legacy

The Hayabusa 25th Anniversary Celebration Edition boasts a striking orange and black-based body design, accentuated by gold anodised drive chain adjuster and front brake disk inner. Original engravings on the muffler body and drive chain, along with the 25th anniversary emblem and three-dimensional “SUZUKI” logo on the tank, add to its allure. Additionally, the single seat cowling now comes as standard equipment on this celebratory edition.

Unmatched Performance

Underneath its captivating exterior, the Hayabusa 25th Anniversary Celebration Edition houses the same formidable 1,340cc in-line 4-cylinder fuel-injected liquid-cooled DOHC engine as the current third-generation Hayabusa. Equipped with the Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.), including traction control systems and bi-directional quick shift systems, this model combines power with precise control for an exhilarating riding experience.

A Legacy of Innovation

Since its introduction in 1998 as the Hayabusa (GSX1300R), this motorcycle has garnered global acclaim for its exceptional power, handling performance, and distinctive aerodynamic styling. Over the years, the Hayabusa has evolved, with each generation pushing the boundaries of innovation and performance.

  • First Generation (1998): The ultimate sport machine became Suzuki’s flagship motorcycle, setting new standards for power and handling.
  • Second Generation (2007): Introducing a larger 1340cc engine and Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (SDMS), the Hayabusa continued to captivate riders worldwide.
  • Third Generation (2021): Embodying the concept of “The Refined Beast,” the latest iteration features enhanced engine and chassis, along with advanced electronic controls such as the Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.), ensuring a perfect balance of power and control.

With production and sales reaching India in 2016, the Hayabusa has left an indelible mark on the global motorcycling landscape, solidifying its status as a legend in its own right.
