Stylish Design and Feature Highlights
The 2023 CB300R draws its design inspiration from the iconic CB1000R litre-class roadster, offering a modern, minimalist take on the timeless roadster design. It features a robust fuel tank and a bold upswept exhaust, paying homage to the Neo Sports Café DNA. The aesthetics are further accentuated by a comprehensive all-LED lighting system, including a round LED headlamp, LED winkers, and an LED tail lamp.
Exceptional Lightness and Handling
Weighing in at a mere 146kg, the CB300R stands out as the lightest motorcycle in its class, promising agile and responsive handling. This is complemented by 41mm USD front forks and an adjustable mono-shock absorber at the rear, making it ideal for Indian road conditions. Braking duties are managed by a 296mm front disc brake and a 220mm rear disc, complete with dual-channel ABS as a standard feature. The motorcycle also includes a fully digital instrument cluster, and it now features an emergency stop signal and a hazard light switch.
Impressive Engine Performance
At the heart of the new Honda CB300R lies a robust 286.01cc, 4-stroke, single-cylinder, BSVI OBD2A-compliant PGM-FI engine, which prioritises environmental friendliness. This engine produces 30.71bhp of power and 27.5Nm of torque, ensuring a spirited ride. The CB300R is paired with a 6-speed gearbox, and it comes with an assist slipper clutch, enhancing gearshifts and rider safety by preventing rear wheel lock-up during hard downshifts.
