The Xtreme 160R 2V will be on sale alongside the new motorcycle, the Xtreme 160R 4V will be available in three variants
Hero MotoCorp has launched the Xtreme 160R 4V with price starting at Rs. 1,27,300 for Standard variant, Rs. 1,32,800 for Connected variant and Rs. 1,36,500 for the Pro variant. Hero will continue to sell the Xtreme 160R 2V alongside the new motorcycle, which is priced between Rs. 1,18,886 to Rs. 1,30,008 (all prices are ex-showroom, Delhi).
Hero Xtreme 160R 4V has the air-oil cooled, 4 valve 163cc engine paired with 5-speed gearbox, which can reach 0-60kmph in 4.41 seconds. It produces 16.6bhp of power and 14.6Nm of torque. Both front and rear tyres are 17 inch tubeless type and have discs for each. Fuel tank capacity is 12 litre.
The Xtreme 160R 4V is fitted with a re-designed all-LED headlamp and an updated switchgear. The Pro variant also boasts new upside-down (USD) front forks. The Connected and Pro variant gets an updated instrument cluster with Hero Connect 2.0.
Hero Xtreme 160R 4V will be direct competition to the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V and Bajaj Pulsar NS160.
