HMSI is proud to introduce this true adventure bike in India. The bookings for the Honda XL750 Transalp are now open at our exclusive BigWing Top Line dealerships and its deliveries will begin from next month onwards. Spreading the joy of dreams, HMSI will continue its tradition of conducting exciting skill enhancement activities for its customers, including the new XL750 Transalp buyers, to flourish the adventure tribe.”

Premium Adventure Riding Experience

The XL750 Transalp, arriving through the completely built-up (CBU) route from Japan, will be exclusively sold at the premium BigWing Top Line dealerships. It promises a versatile riding experience, seamlessly transitioning from urban commutes to extensive touring, and handling diverse terrains from dusty trails to challenging Himalayan landscapes.

Design and Features

The adventure tourer carries forward the legacy of the iconic original Transalp from the 1980s. With a dignified styling and tough angular design, it embodies the spirit of adventure touring. Features include a compact headlight, integrated windscreen, large tank shrouds, aluminium rear carrier, and an LED lighting system.

The XL750 Transalp boasts a 5.0-inch TFT panel displaying crucial information such as speedometer, tachometer, gear position indicator, fuel gauge, riding modes, and more. The display is customisable, and rider interaction can be managed via the screen or the switchgear on the left handlebar.

Advanced Connectivity and Safety Features

Equipped with the Honda Smartphone Voice Control system (HSVCs), the motorcycle enables voice management of calls, messages, music, and navigation while on the move. Safety features include an emergency stop signal and an automatic turn signal canceling function.

Powerful Performance

The adventure tourer is powered by a new 755cc liquid-cooled 270º crank in-line two-cylinder engine, delivering 67.5 kW/90.52bhp power and 75 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and features patented Vortex flow ducts for sharp pick-up and throttle response.

Electronic Aids and Riding Modes

Electronic aids, facilitated by the Throttle-By-Wire (TBW) system, offer riders the choice of five riding modes, allowing customisation of Engine Power, Engine Braking, Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) with ABS, and assist slipper clutch. The riding modes include Sport, Standard, Rain, Gravel, and User.

Optimised Suspension and Braking

The lightweight steel diamond frame, coupled with Showa 43mm SFF-CA™ upside-down (USD) front forks and a Pro-Link rear shock, strikes a balance between stability and maneuverability. Dual-channel ABS ensures effective braking with dual 310mm wave discs at the front and a 256 mm single disc at the rear.

Colours, Price, and Availability

The XL750 Transalp is attractively priced at Rs 10,99,990 (introductory & ex-showroom, Gurugram) and is available in two adventure-inspired colour schemes: Ross White and Matte Ballistic Black. Bookings are open for the first 100 customers at select BigWing Topline dealerships, with deliveries commencing from November 2023.
